register now for fall classes

Please complete the form below to register for the new dance season starting September 2024.

There is a non-refundable registration fee of $25 (tax included) per family. Pay at the desk or mail a check or money order to Charlene's Dance Studio, 2650 Easton Blvd., Des Moines, IA 50317.

After we receive your registration form and payment, we will email you your starting date and time of lessons.  No student is registered until payment is received.

Class options

• Preschool - Ballet and Acrobatics combination class
• Kindergarten & Older - Tap, Ballet, Jazz combination class*
• Kindergarten & Older - Acrobatics/Tumbling*

Class options for the students who were enrolled in Monday classes this past season. 

• Advanced Tap
• Advanced Ballet
• Advanced Jazz 
• Age 12 and Older - Pointe
• 6th Grade & Older - Hawaiian  

 Classes start as early as 5 pm.

* Students are divided into separate classes based on age and ability. 

By submitting this form, you hereby give permission for your student(s) to participate in all activities with Charlene's Dance Studio, LLC, and for the studio to use photographs of your student(s) for promotional purposes. You also agree not to hold Charlene's Dance Studio responsible for any injury or illness on or outside the premises.
